His years working at Sunsweet gave him a deeper understanding of the scale, pressure, and people behind every crop. Those early experiences taught him the value of hard work, community, and the responsibility that comes with caring for land and people. After earning his master’s in computer science, Nick carried those lessons into the next chapter of his life — beginning a 25+ year career at IBM. There, he built and led enterprise technology solutions, developing systems known for reliability, clarity, and scale. Now, with AgCrew, Nick’s two worlds finally meet.
